Process & Guidelines

The process and guidelines for creating Barbie's branding involved several steps. The photography style was carefully selected and art directed to avoid stock-like images. Instead, it aimed to represent a diverse array of genders, races, and ages, with a focus on capturing not just children but also detailing activities and boldness. This shows their branding reflecting inclusivity and vibrancy.






Live Demo
During a live demonstration, I showcased the creation of the zine, Barbie packaging, brand guidelines, brand posters, and process book. For the packaging, the pink plastic was used by folding camera film gel, offering a tangible representation of its potential appearance. This interactive session brought to life the various elements of the Barbie brand.
